The Self Worship Retreat is a sacred space for women to reconnect with their inner selves, cultivate self-love, and embark on a journey of healing and personal growth. Our self-love retreat is designed to nurture your mind and body, and empowers you to embrace your inner fire and unleash your boundless potential.

During this retreat we will be moving past surface level and diving deep into the heart work.
We will be working through some artistic exercises that encourage self expression in a non-judgemental space.
We will be giving you time to reflect or time to hold each other as we grow and heal from years of listening to that angry voice in our heads.
We will be opening our hearts, our minds and our bodies to new adventures and shared experiences.
The Self Worship Retreat Package Includes:
– 3 nights at the Black Spruce Chalet in Wentworth, NS
(Each attendee gets their own double bed in a shared sleeping space)
